Look younger fast–SLEEP! Lack of enough sleep can cause droopy eyelids, dark circles and just saggy skin. Over time this can add up. You want to look younger, immediately? Get at least eight to nine hours of sleep. Do whatever it takes to get a more sleep time each day.
The first step is to AVOID ALCOHOL! It makes us sleep at first, but then works in reverse. Water down your drink–add ice cubes. And don’t drink late at night, especially after six. If you feel this is a real problem, get help. All alcohol dehydrates your body inside and out.
AVOID SALT. Eating salty foods, like alcohol, dehydrates your body and accelerates aging. if your body is dehydrated when you sleep, the body collects natural fluids around the eyes and face, giving you a puffy morning face. Drink water before sleeping and avoid both salt and alcohol late at night.

Turn the TV off! Get a “not so good” book. Spray lavender on your sheets. Before bed, I read the daily paper with a cup of herbal tea, it puts me to sleep!
If your not getting enough sleep for other reasons, take a midday “nap”. Lack of sleep not only ages the body, it can add to weight gain.
